My Journey Into Whole-Body Wellness

For years, I lived in push-through mode.
High functioning. Always productive. Always busy.

But underneath it all, my body was sending signals — gut issues, stress, fatigue, and a deep sense of disconnection. Like many women, I ignored them… until I couldn’t anymore.

Learning how the nervous system, gut health, hormones, and movement are connected changed everything — not just how I felt in my body, but how I lived my life.

That’s the work I now help other women do.

Why My Approach Is Different

Before moving into wellness, I spent nearly 20 years working closely with women as a hairstylist and business owner. I’ve had thousands of real conversations about burnout, stress, confidence, and the pressure women feel to hold it all together.

That experience shaped how I coach today.

I don’t believe in:

  • rigid protocols

  • one-size-fits-all plans

  • pushing through symptoms

Instead, we focus on:

  • regulating the nervous system

  • understanding your body’s signals

  • building habits that feel grounding, not overwhelming

Because healing happens when the body feels supported — not controlled.

About Me, Personally

I’m a certified gut and hormone health coach, Pilates instructor, and nervous system educator. I value simplicity, consistency, and approaches that support the whole person — not just symptoms.

I believe the body is intelligent, adaptive, and always communicating with us. My role is to help you learn how to listen and respond with care.​
