Jasmine specializes in nervous system support, gut and hormone health coaching, and Pilates designed to regulate the body from the inside out. Jasmine works with women in Niagara and worldwide — both in person and online — who feel overwhelmed, fatigued, bloated, anxious, or disconnected from their bodies. Through personalized coaching and nervous system Pilates, Jasmine helps women calm stress patterns, rebuild energy, and feel stronger in a sustainable way.

Nervous System, Gut & Hormone Health Coaching

As a certified gut and hormone health coach and nervous system educator, Jasmine helps women address the root causes of stress, fatigue, bloating, hormone imbalances, and burnout.

This isn’t surface-level wellness advice. It’s nervous-system-first support.

When the nervous system is dysregulated, digestion slows, hormones fluctuate more intensely, sleep suffers, and the body stays in survival mode. Jasmine's coaching focuses on restoring safety and balance so your body can function the way it was designed to.​

Pilates Offerings | Nervous System Pilates + Strength-Based Pilates

As a certified Pilates instructor, Jasmine offers both Nervous System Pilates and strength-focused Pilates classes in Niagara and online. Whether you need grounding and regulation or energy and challenge, there’s a class designed to meet you where you are.

Jasmine teaches in-person classes, host wellness events and pop-ups, and offer private 1:1 and online group sessions worldwide.

Nervous System Pilates

Nervous System Pilates is slower, science backed movement designed to regulate the stress response while building deep core and pelvic floor strength.

This class supports:

  • Stress reduction and emotional regulation

  • Hormone and digestion support

  • Improved posture and breathing

  • Calm, steady strength

It’s ideal for ones who feel overwhelmed, fatigued, or navigating hormone shifts and want movement that feels grounding — not depleting.

Strength Pilates

Strength Pilates is higher-energy, strength-focused, and designed to challenge your muscles while maintaining strong Pilates foundations.​
